Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Why have all the de rampers posts disappeared?? I hadn’t even got round to filtering the corrupt c***s either. Looks like either 1) they’ve sh’t themselves or 2) LSE have looked at this board and got rid of their bill sh’t posts
Anyone any ideas as to why the large 2 day rise.... surely this cannot be down to vaccine sentiment alone?
Wasn’t it Haart’s who closed a lot of branches and made over 1000 people redundant in March?
Sain, how many surveys have been done since lockdown? mortgages written/exchanged?Protection and Life Income Done? Completions done by their Solicitors? Income from
Lettings? Trying to focus people’s attention constantly on a few branches not opening as of yet is not really the overall picture of the Countrywide Group is it?
There will be no profits for Sain. As I don’t believe for one second that the clown will have invested. It’s apparent that posting on this post, and the vendetta against Countrywide is very much a big part of his life. Fee free to prove me wrong Sain with proof.
Sain- ‘I guess you thought the BODs were doing a good job’
There was no mention of the BODs in my post?? Although I’m glad you have brought them up..... yet again..... for the 100000th time on this board this year........it just screams of an ex employee who fell out/I imagine was managed out of said business, from what I imagine was failing to produce results.....Probably due to the fact that you sat at a desk whining about..... the board of directors. Enjoy your night looking at Rightmove
After witnessing ‘Sains’ continuous negativity and continuous posts-which he had to often reply to himself to attempt to create some board activity day after day. It is nice to see a rise in share price. Yes, this is still a massive drop to what is was previous but more encouraging all the same. And guess what, the person whom posts daily, nearly every day.... spending time counting houses on Rightmove under Countrywide brands.....just to try then update himself on a board, then invests in the share - just before the price doubles. You really could not make it up.
This is the thing, I don’t believe you and would not take your word for anything within the hundreds (probably 1000’s) of posts you have put on re CWD. I am absolutely sure you have not spoken to anyone or even know anyone in LSH. And whilst there is obvious significance and correlation to houses being sold by companies to profit made, the point I was making is that someone whom has no intention of investing in Countrywide, has spent what I imagine hours and hours scrolling through Rightmove looking at particular brands and then subsequently posted on a forum- often to himself and then following up on his own post when no one has bothered replying is nothing other than strange. Unless of course there is another motive.
If you look at his posts, he literally been talking to himself on this board for months. The majority of people has filtered him and his constant deramping posts, which seem to contradict the other quite often. He is obviously either a disgruntled employee or some one in competition with Countrywide with a vendetta. Whereby he says that staff are ‘disillusioned, can you provide specific evidence of this’
He, from his posts is also obsessive of looking at Rightmove and the amount of properties placed on the market/sold by Countrywide brands, who in their right mind would do this so frequently - without a vested reason?
Thanks. Much appreciated
Question from someone learning (before I get sarcastic comments)
People have been predicting/waiting for the TR1(s) that are apparently imminent, with a lot of people assuming that this will have a positive impact on the share price. However what I can’t get my head round, is if everyone is anticipating this -for the last week nearly - surely the market and share price has taken this into account already?? Or am I missing something .....
Dropping significantly again! Buyers are slowing in comparison to the last week....20p looks a long way off now
As previously mentioned, bought into this recently simply as a gamble/punt based on the low prices and huge drop. This with self confessed limited knowledge, however with an appetite to make more from this than sat in a instant saving account. Since then signed up to this forum as found it initially quite interesting following peoples opinions for where this will go. However quickly learning that really no-one knows where this is going to go, with some continuously posting positive comments and spinning information to validate said opinions - and others seemingly on here - as they have nothing better to do, than to post negative comment after negative comment late into the night and then first thing into the morning. Spinning the same point different ways, over 30 times a day in an attempt to put people off. Which I find strange as they seem to know better than everyone else, but are not actively invested. Which after a while becomes extremely tedious to read over and over again. Personally I am hoping that this will gradually rise in the next few months (quicker would be nice) however may end up losing all invested.....which would most definitely not be ideal! Good luck to all!
New to all of this, and stumbled on this share through looking at the biggest fallers of the day. Certainly don’t profess to being an expert.Bought some at 8, and 10 this morning. Seems to be a lot of experts within this forum, both positive and negative. Find the sniping and people taking happiness out of people’s misfortune quite painful. Personally can’t really fathom out why today has dropped significantly!
