I am not a Tally account holder only in LION. I invested about 3 yrs ago when i was posting on iii. I stopped posting there when the format was changed (now ii) and i am still registered there.

My question is about tallymoney..
**How are the accounts held and which bankers are they using to hold tally funds?
Surely they could not be their own bankers, that couldn't possibly be allowed, as a major bank would have to facilitate them imo ? If they are using off shore banking facilities then that can pave the way for mis-appropriation of funds. If that were the case it could spell curtains. All dodgy companies registered on AIM are always one step ahead. They know one more trick than a monkey and get the best underhanded advice in the event of disaster.
One other point....i do believe CP gets feed back from these posts from someone close to him or he may even read them himself. He would want to know wouldn't he, to plàn his next move?
It is possible that he may be trying to shut this forum down but Lse may not be willing.

Something that has not been discussed on here is frankly very surprising and disturbing. And the real reason i would not take up TALLY is ....
The future survival of Tallymoney. It would have been more appropriate and at least honest if it was called PARRY-MONEY.
IMO it may fail because of lack of backing. The will to extend it world wide is just not there. If this company was realistically innovative it would have gone viral by now and valued in billions.
Something is not quite right and i think account holders of Tally should prepare to see it closed down. It is not a viable going concern. More like a concern they'll all be going...and into thin air.
Be careful ..this stinks....the secret of understanding Cameron Parry is to figure out his 'angle' ...his ulterior motive?
Was it planned right from the beginning? Be prepared for the worst. Talk about letting the grass grow under our feet. The rug will be pulled and it might be their creditors that finally step in and end it all. Just like Philip Green giving up on Arcadia to protect his ill-gotten fortunes, CP is looking for a way out without getting his collar felt.

I have complained to the FCA asking them to look into CP and his unlawful (allegedly) handling of shareholder funds and changing the business model without SHAREHOLDER CONSENT or offering to have an EGM to caste our votes. And denying investors to right to sell our shares at the time they delisted there were sufficient funds in their account.

Never trust any one that boasts idle promises. Within a few days they made that headline we were suspended?
I believe they broke rules by not putting TALLY and the name change to the vote at an arranged investor EGM.
Reason In Law is that they are going against the main reason why investors bought in....a gold exploration company. I don't even like Tally and if ever they did relist the gold price could be heading for a slump...it always does...cyclical?5/

Change of business and operations concept has to be agreed by shareholders, surely?
This should go to litigation..positively sure on that!
