Isn't it policy for all fields of debt collecting ie bailliffs and the liquidators via admistration, to give the debtors a chance to pay up in full ti avoid bankrupcy. I am sure there are clauses in the statutory law to prevent instant bankrupcy or liqyidation without prior offer for the debtors to pay Fees are then added on agreement/settlement with a further period ie 1 -2 months to pay The law prevents them from simply pulling the rug, (unless an outright refusal of payment) if an offer of payment is made ?? It doesn't matter where the money comes from as long as retribution is offered to pay the creditors That is my understanding?

Would the admi get on going fees from the Ehgof agreement to pay Surely they could still profit and wrap this up quickly then go on to their next company litigation?
