A top military expert explained that this latest move by Putin is in direct response to his failure so far to secure control over any major cities ib Ukraine and the SWIFT banking sanctions. IT HAS A DOUBLE MEANING, to scare the West and Ukraine into submission OR MUCH WORSE... he is looking for a reason to use a nuclear weapon.. .it's a warning that COULD prompt executive action to take him out? He is trying to say 'negotiate on our terms or suffer the consequencies"

People need to understand how deep this fear goes. ..ie no one in his employ (from assassins to cooks and bottle washers) ever got fired, they simply disappeared.
