Thank you for accepting my view has been justified. I feel that the underlying estimate of profit on insurance is way too high. I still think we will get a nasty shock. I am not too concerned about bankruptcy but we would be fools to rule it out. Sir Roger could step in then.
Well speaking for myself, I have no desire to post on other sites as SAGA is my main holding. Further, I resent the tone of other posters, I am fully entitled to my opinion particularly as the dramatic fall in the price supports my view. Nobody has any coherent thought on why we are at 1.85 ish, just a load of bluster.
So pour scorn on me and this other guy/gal, but so far we have called it right,
Banbury, I am sure you have best of intentions but you have been saying these shares are cheap since they were 220 to my knowledge. Time to admit you misjudged the situation and reassess. There is clearly a skeleton here and it would not shock me if we endure another rights issue. Do not buy until the results are out. Then kitchen sink if all is well as someone proposed to do at 190. Till then patience is a virtue.
