Delayed full year results and then offer was recieved by sibayne, good timing if you ask me to make offer look 'good'.
$108m××
You failed to mention the $100m of debt.
I haven't come here to gloat, I came here to check the SP out and deiced to put a message on here. I have lost money on this like the majority of people... When MNG took it over at 3.21p a share for $30m and then a few months later did a further $72m fundraising at 1.5p a share. I knew at this point MNG were are not interested in shareholders value. They could have easily done the fundraising at 3.21p a share... But hey ho what do I know, maybe this could turn out to be a billion dollar company who knows? But I invest based on fundamental analysis and for me, at this moment there are better companies out there, after MNG have taken it over there has been NO increase in shareholder value, that is why I feel sorry for existing holders.
wow Maple so bitter, whatever happened to a little courtesy to fellow community members. After all it is a new year.
For anyone invested in this I bailed out over a year ago and the share price if anything has dropped.
Anyone know what will happen to my shares after the takeover? I trade with interactive investor, so will I be able to trade sibayne gold shares on ii?
They dropped the share price to make the offer 'look' good.
Are rubbing there hands with this deal. £285 m for assetts worth over £1b is a steal. It's like trading £3 for a £10 note you'd snatch there hands off.
For Monday any ideas?
Will be worth over 100b with lonmins assetts
It goes
74p?? I imagine people will be selling today to lock in some profits
Is a low amount, assets on balance sheet worth over $1 billion dollars plus small cash pile on hand .
rastruss left the building !!!
To those who bought in at the lows this year obviously anyone who bought in over 100p would have received a bad deal
Per share?
Is listed as a sell
