It's frustrating that little under 2 years after the last rights issue we are in a similar boat to what we were in. The fact is Ben has failed to deliver 'the business plan'. He hasn't acted enough on cutting costs , that is why we are in this mess. Not only this but we have agreed to a year on year wage rise, which is ridiculous! How can anyone demand a wage rise when the company is making no profits is beyond me. Oh wait us shareholders will pay! I must have mug written all over my face.

Is the problem here. They are in similar boat to carillon.

Today fingers crossed it was the right choice

Looking at the fundmentals of this company ... During the last 12 months property , plant and equipment has increased $300m. Total assets now on the balance sheet worth $1.8b. Now when you consider we have this much in property, plant and equipment , you begin to realise $500m of debt is particularly nothing in comparison . Take away that 500m of debt off 1.8b you get net assets of 1.3b. And this company is valued on the stock market at 400 odd million. Based on these assumptions I would confidently say this company is undervalued.

The drop in sp either , gold seems to be holding up well. Volume has been quite low lately
