What price you in at? Basically a large investor has decided to sell their holdings which in turn has led to a surplus of shares available on the market . Which is why the share price has dropped.

From Q2 results/corporate statement 'The Company confirms that it remains committed to maintaining its listing on both the AIM and TSX markets, however, the immediate focus of the management team is to stabilise and then improve both operational and financial performance at the New Liberty Mine.'

Good sign if it's a director buying in imo.
