Given the cut-off grades for "more expensive" conventional mining techniques I'd say they have a pretty interesting mix of both good and bad grades but overall acceptable in a group deal. Be interesting to see what they do extract from this once all planned out (not to forget the bonus gold wash as well which is still going up in value.) With the recent funding & advancements (even through obvious adverse times), with Covid restrictions "realistically" easing off, with so so many areas on the cusp of "exciting" news - I'm strikingly positive for a major move in the overall "positioning" of Thor Mining.

Annoyingly I have a trade plan sat at 0.63 and it's not filling even though many shares are selling below that price - I would consider that an issue with the ask price being at 0.65 and other people just pressing sell and not considering the market place average.

Yep, as I put before, permits and dealing with the ever changing face of the US is something best left to others (especially when you are not US based) Something they may be considering is, just like with the tungsten, making a strategic deal with enCore as that is one company that knows it's way through the permit field, has interests in that area, and is already making strategic moves with other companies. Interestingly we also have Lithium in Aus so that could buzz things up a bit, focus on the achievable routes not the ones with permit bombs and vested interest group snares.

For the last three weeks of December, the PureGold Mine averaged an estimated 760 tpd of ore milled at a grade of 6.6 g/t Au with 96% recovery for an estimated 3,232 ounces of gold produced. Both represent gold production records over those respective time periods for the Company.

I liked "lolled" at his comments that the share price was only going down due to tax right offs - still am. Of course we all know what he'll be doing with his shares - after all with his track record what "shareholder" based company would risk employing him? Apart from the obvious rocky road that Pure has been left on we should begin, if things go to plan, a steady rise in confidence and share price over the next few quarters.

Agree, confidence (especially with a mining junior) is shown by taking shares instead of a cash payment.

Just to clarify - the only legit reason to not announce a why is that another party/entity is involved and that that party would also need to be announcing either before or at the same time.

The norm would be just an announcement with some reason or other and then a raise on a certain date - but to request a limited halt to ASX trading whilst AIM continues! Even if this were for something like a JV (or something involving another party) it's a really strange way to do it and definitely not investor friendly especially to those on ASX. I've never actually seen a capital raise done this way - either trading is fully halted or not at all. Or they simply wait till they can say why.

Given I bought these for their future share value increase & dividend potential... I'd be cool with a share swap option, say Newmont or the like - but then again it is down to the exchange amount. In "reality" many people will now be considering this a very bad decision, in hindsight, and be looking to minimise losses/move on. It's lost it's future shine, because of management, so all that reference to future high grades and the like are becoming buried beneath the current known negatives. As for a buyer they will be looking at what it is really worth, to them, and what it will "really" cost to move in and get things running their way. Of a positive will be the increase in allowable mine extraction from 800 to 1000TPD (more than a 20% increase in extractable revenue - so I'm not going to be totally negative - just realistic on what is a whole lot of negativity related to current management and their shown playbook of promises/projections and 20% discount share dumping.

The real issue is the mixed messages coming from those in power, USA wants Uranium & rare earth materials yet it's admin are pushing to shut down their Uranium/Rare earth processing plant (duh!) - same with UN statement about mining bad due to carbon footprint (duh!) hell the whole system wants green tech, green power but don't want the materials that are necessary for it's creation being extracted or processed (double duh!!!) Either way Australia is still one of the best western jurisdictions for bot supporting and promoting mining so when all the other mines around the world are being closed, guess what won't be. Then look at what the SP does.
