Interestingly there is no mention of a "proceeding" joint venture during the PAC presentation although the "Seeking joint venture partner (because we ain't up to it by ourselves) pretty much plays out in this now announced JV.

And yes once again they have shifted, what realistically was, a non-profit hold into a cash injection plus potential future earnings. Kinda not seeing how it can be OK for a company to trade on another company that has had it's sells pipeline blocked by the country in which it is based. Worse part about this is that China, who don't hold to the sanctions will now have access to discounted gold along with the discounted oil. Wonder which country will now be producing the cheapest circuit boards, mobile phones, semiconductors, solar panels, EV's etc etc. Russia is in a bad place whilst Putin still thrives, which could end quite soon, but China (CCP) is the bigger looming threat as they are expending massive amounts of resources on their military and are very clear on their goals, unlike Russia whose budget is less than Saudi Arabia & really lack a plan let alone a genuine goal bar Uggg destroy (go figure!)
