Strange, today's RNS was the first major update since 365 was founded and not a single trade or comment so far. So, in an attempt to put some life here, what do you think of the results, good or bad? Or are they really so indifferent that total silence is appropriate?

...long live adept4! So with last years massive and premature hype well and truly behind us,let's look forward to a completely different - and hopefully successful - company from the one before. I bought back in this morning after selling approx 6 month ago. Hope I don't regret it.

I have nothing against incentives and look forward to the execs being rewarded for tranches 2 and 3. My complaint is for receiving an award now. I don't see they've earned it, not yet anyway.

In the last 12 months the SP has dropped by more than 50% and today they announce an award for the executives. What for? Screwing the shareholders?

Just noticed that the peertv.com web site is dead (or more accurately, the peertv.com dns entry is no more)

At the risk of repeating myself, I have my doubts as to whether ptv will return. If it does, fine, in not, well, it was a gamble and I lost (fortunately not much - I knew the risks). What bothers me more is the total silence from the company itself. No news about why the nomad really resigned and absolutely nothing about the plans and prospects for the future - if any. Anyone would think they couldn't give a s*** for the shareholders. Oh hang on, what did they do to us for the last 5 years?

This wouldn't be the first time that someone from that part of the world has come back from the dead, although it hasn't happened for about 2000 years :-) I'd prefer to see some evidence before I believe it though.

This equity is no more. It has ceased to be. It's expired and gone to meet it's maker. This is a late equity. Bereft of life it rests in peace. It's rung down the curtain and joined the choir invisible. This is an ex-equity. (with apologies to fans of dead parrots :-)

So ptv really is dead. Not surprised and most people probably won't miss it. It was definitely one of the biggest disasters on aim and should never have been allowed to continue for so long. Begone and good riddance. Maybe it'll magically reappear somewhere else in a different form and with a new name. Some people here seem to think so but I have my doubts.

I would have expected a final rns, even mtv could manage that. BTW, I notice that www.digitek.co.il is dead. So long and thanks for all the fish :-)

Based on other posts here it seems there may be an attempt to move from aim to isdx, although this may take a while. However, this is based solely on what I've seen here so cannot confirm or deny it's accuracy. I also have no idea what this change would mean in practice, e.g. does my broker support trading on isdx? I look forward to the extensive rns that explains what's going on and also how the company expects to continue (remember, it's been a long time since the last equity issue so where is the money coming from?)

So ptv will apparently miss the deadline and get kicked off aim for a while, and this isn't worthy of an rns? No way!

The silence is deafening... Very strange.

I'd like to think that today will be full of activity as the nomad, management and creditors finally reach a compromise and sign a new deal this afternoon with a good news rns this evening. In practice I fear that nothing will happen except for the clearing of desks before the company closes completely.

Good question. It's not clear to me either. I read in the AIM regulations that they need a new nomad within 1 month. Now, the last rns was issued 7am jan 29 but the last trade was jan 28. So 'within 1 month' could mean that they need one by feb 27, which is saturday. So in practice maybe the deadline is end of business friday 26th. Or maybe the deadline is 06:59 on monday feb 29th? Can anyone clarify this?

I'm reminded of an old Dilbert cartoon showing Dilbert's project plan. The final phase was labelled 'and then a miracle happens'. Seems like ptv has reached this phase too.

Would be great to end the week with good news. How about an rns announcing a new ceo, new nomad, new financing, agreement with digitek loan holders, positive trial. Surely that's not too much to ask? :-) Oh well, dream on...

The latest equity issue should have occurred yesterday but was delayed for obvious reasons (well, obvious to all of us here with some galactic exceptions). I'm curious how long ptv can survive without their regular fix of new equity. I also wonder how happy their potential new client is with all this mess going on (no ceo, no nomad). I hope the next rns won't be an announcement that the latest trial has been cancelled. On the bright side, very few red trades recently :-)
