Despite Brexit not really having a material impact on the number of people needing a house the general market volatility will have an effect on us.

We could well spend the rest of the year somewhere between 130 and 160, with fairly largish movements

The key thing to remember is people who voted the opposite way, or people who didn't vote at all did so according to their own conscience and opinion, which is equally as valid as our own
