Hi SpadesAspade, I agree should have written 75% instead of 25%. I didn't correct it, because I thought people would know what I meant.

There was a placing during Sept 2024 at 4.8p, but if you look at the graph the share price was between 6p an 8p most of the time or higher.

I won't post again as I don't want to waste peoples time.

Looks like we need an upgrade.

A pessimistic report in my view. 10.1 million Au equivalent declared currently. West Dome U/ground grades are 10 times + more than what’s being mined currently. Main dome underground grades ~ 2gpt and then there’s #Havieron with 8.4 million Au equivalent so far and open at depth.

Hi Ripley94, I have looked at the google chart and you can see that it jumps around June 2025 from about 15.5p to 350 p. That must be the consolidation.

The share price dropped from about 33p to about 7p. About 25%. Not 90%.

The graph I posted earlier dosen't work correctly for consolidation. It applys share price of 20 times from 2020, and 1 times before 2020. Very confusing.

Google has 20 to 1 in June 2025.Should be July 2025.

Ripley94, the goggle chart does not take into consideration the 20 to 1 consolidation. Just reread your question.

Hi Ripley94, I have looked at all the share issues from 2006. You can see the total number of shares gradually increases from 105m in sep 2006 to 13,081m in Sep 2024. This is through about 15 placings of shares for prices ranging from 1p to about 12p and warrents. There were no consolidations apart from the 20 to 1.

The number of shares issued increased by about 120 times from 2006 to 2024. Then reduced by 1/20 on consolidation.

The shares were issued at the following prices 2p,2p,3.5p,3.25p,1.35p,2.8p,4.5p,4.5p,12.5p and 4.8p. I think this is correct,but you can check.

If there was only the one 20 to 1 change, then the share price would be about 55p on the graph I have posted.

If you divide the highest share price of about 750p by 20 you get 35p.

I think that was the high price before the 20 to 1. Second half of 2020.

The graph has recognised the 20 for 1, so I would hope it would see any others as well.

I think the 20 to 1 happened near the end of July 2025.

This link shows the share price progress since 2018. I think it takes account of 20 to 1 change.

If GGP produced 20 mt of ore per year that would contain quite a lot of gold.

GGP has a processing plant for 20mt. I don't think GGP will be able to produce 20mt . Isn't it good news for GGp to have other companys close to Telfer that may need ore processing in the future, or partnerships.

People are more likely to sell their shares if the share price dosen't do much. If they start buying the share price will rise and people will stop selling utill it has rissen quite a lot.

If they short it and take the price down, people may sell, but they may also buy. They have a problem.

SD has an option to buy 250,000 shares at A$10.36 before the 4th May 2026. A big incentive to raise the share price before that date.

The figure 4,889 is for material mined, not material milled. From slide 8 on the web cast. I think this is where you are going wrong.
