Exactly. All these delusional fuds talking about a takeover like it is a fait accompli when there is almost 100% zero chance any company has even considered it. Yes I have and I would propose that yes you are. Nothing you have said changes what I have said. Are you telling me that if they had approached our lender and said “we are pretty confident we have discovered 1.2 to 1.5 bbl of oil, can you extend our credit line by an additional $8 million” that they would have said “No”?

Well I hope are more competent than he is (although your defence of the company suggests otherwise), as he must have known something about this discovery so why not approach the lender about extending our accordion rather than gift warrants to lenders who will flip them at the whiff of a 10-20% profit?
