A very well run day. Started promptly at 1100. Andrey Loboda was very succinct in his address. Never knew that Evraz cant fight back against these sanctions as no money for legal expenses is allowed. Irena Bakturina was a very good support to Mr Loboda.

After the meeting he said the OFSI often ignore his communications. Apparently auditors do not want to become involved as it may affect their reputations. I said that the same has happened to me .Quite sad one chap was quite distressed ; quite understandable after no dividends for well over 2 years.
