My post was in response to Colbalt, came out as Old bat lol. I also hold my hand up to being dyslexic 1082 was mentioned along side 1081but clearly not in trial as yet. Most in here are all singing from the same song sheet hoping for the best possible outcome.

Old bat. It’s based on what has been said in previous RSN updates regarding the SRA 1081/ 1082 trials.

I’m sure something would have been released by now, no reason not to - unless someone wants them to hold off, for whatever reason 🤔 we know good news is coming, but it might just be great news. 👍

I don’t think everyone they spoke to would have had to agree a NDA. Strange that.

The bod have said many times over the years, they are talking to interested parties. perhaps this time those parties are taking back. It’s been a long road watching Tyk 2 grow let’s hope in the next few days/weeks we come to fruition. GLALTH

What with all the cloak n dagger treatment going on atm, if any companies are in dialogue with our bod would there be a timeline before the bod have to announced the data news to the open market. It now seems they have all the data to hand, will they be able to sit on it so they can negotiate further or will they have to come clean by this quarter end ?

Parker’s comments in the end of March RNS

“The multiple ascending dose (MAD) portion of SDC-1801 is nearing completion. Sareum aims to conclude this part of the trial by the end of Q2 2024. Subject to data review, additional funding and/or potential licencing opportunities, we endeavour to be in a position to commence a Phase 2a study in psoriasis patients before the end of 2024.

It is becoming increasingly clear that the TYK2/JAK1 class offers great potential for the treatment of autoimmune disease, with potential for broad coverage and increased efficacy across key targets, lower toxicity and potentially stronger efficacy. We believe SDC-1801 has the potential to be a best-in-class TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor for autoimmune diseases and we're excited about its progress in this ongoing clinical study. While the MAD study is still in progress, interim data shows that levels of SDC-1801 in blood are already in the expected therapeutic range, and achieve concentrations greater than those predicted to reduce signalling of cytokines dependent on TYK2 and/or JAK1 activity by 50% for a sustained period following once daily oral dosing. Safety data remains blinded, but no serious adverse events have been reported to date.”
