This board is returning to it's old self.

Bash anyone who would like to raise a concern. As Deft says, it's healthy to question your investment at times and discuss your concerns with other investors to get some perspective.

The typical lazy answers to genuine concerns are

"you're talking rubbish"

"So you're just creating negativity and muddying the waters. Find something else to do with your time"

"Do your research properly, you're talking nonsense"

"It really does show what you know about this share = NOTHING!!! Greenboxed! "

In case anyone is in any doubt the disgraced Mr FlipFlop aka Steve Davis is back as MrBigPiece, ramping & spouting off the usual attacking nonsense without engaging his brain first.

Mature up everyone, we're all adults here and everyone is entitled to their opinion.

I'd love to hear everyone's opinion on the 83 million shares traded in the 2 days before suspension compared to 5 million a day typically ??

Also - now that the share is suspended will the admission of the new Ordinary Shares from the fundraise now happen on Monday 6th May as announced?

One glimmer of hope is in the last paragraph. It didn't need to be added to the RNS but it was 🤞

Mr Flip Flops defence to being called out for his BS is to always lash out at people and accuse them of being shorters or "Streets of Cork" just like he accused me of being him too because I called him out many times. A pure narcissist.

He is the admin of a very misleading Telegram group where he actively promoted Streets of Cork and the fake bid, and he dumped out anyone who raised any genuine concerns or questions......

Does anyone here really believe that Flip Flop gets emails from a board member using such unprofessional language as he claims. Hard to understand why they would trust him or engage with him as they'd know he blabbers everything they "allegedly" say online.

Arthur's points were well made and very valid, and now he's being villanised by Flop and his fake accounts.

I feel more and more people are waking up to Flops' empty, ramping posts. Empty vessels do indeed make the most noise.....

Simon, the CEO, Bolhassan, may very well be a serious player within the industry, but you may recall he allowed the company to send tweets and even issue a RNS in response to a totally bogus offer from a non-existent person..... I find that completely unfathomable !!!

For the record I still hold every share I bought in Upland and never sold one of them as I firmly believe we are in for a big rise very very soon.

Watch this space and keep the faith.

No mention of SK334 or Upland.....

Just UPL publicing a signing ceremony for several upstream agreements including production sharing contracts (PSCs) and joint operating agreements. A ceremony which didn't include UPL.

Looks there won't be any imminent news on the PSC for us unfortunately., despite what the cheerleaders here say.

Someone offloading a lot of shares today.

Hopefully they don't know something we don't..

We need proper news now, not news on tiny token share purchases by the board, nor any news on forming committees.

PSC, Volumetric and JV news soon otherwise we will slide even further.

The trouble is Mr Flop, the was NO offer, it was all fiction so why would UPL issue an RNS based on pure and utter speculation?? Answer me that!!

Surely any competent board and their advisors would ensure its a genuine offer through the right channels before issuing a RNS.

There is no defending this board and their actions following this fake bid and its throws onto question their competence.

Steve, go back to your Telegram group and ramp there, it's refreshing to have an objective conversation here as to the possible delay in issuing the PSC.

I have never heard such BS as "they had to release the news regardless on market speculation as well" What planet are you living on you spoofer ??? If that was the case companies would be releasing RNS's every day based on market speculation.

In the real world companies ignore BS bogus speculation and focus on facts.

The "takeover offer" made the UPL board look like fools and utterly incompetent.

Everyone should be nervous partnering with anyone that would reject an "offer" and issue an RNS without validating the offer first. It seems like they're utterly clueless because of the way they behaved and responded. I'm hoping it's nothing more sinister than incompetent.

FYI, I own what I believe is a lot of shares here and am hoping I am wrong and the PSC will be announced real soon and we'll all be quids up.

Not quite the PSC we are STILL waiting on.

I'd advise everyone to check sources. Albert May's LinkedIn profile has no work experience listed before February 2023 and he has 86 connections. His company website has no address or phone number. UPL analysis that he posted to twitter/X is unsigned and on blank paper without any sources.

He has 390 followers on X.

I'm sure he's an expert and a lovely man but please do your own research and check everything time and time again.

We don't want another "Streets" episode promoted by the same people.

Is that the same Telegram group that promoted the fake takeover bid ?
