However, I am interested to know why we haven't been able to settle above 5, is it just simply there is no numbers falling out the back of these RNS yet with regards to sales value, profit etc? It surely has to be pretty high at 8m tests a month. Do people realise that this is a "one trick pony" and therefore the value is remaining low as there is no confidence in doing much other than the COVID, which once resolve or alternatively other pharmas jump on the bandwagon, which they all are - the novacyt USP falls away?

Genuine question, not deramping as I do think this share is great to hold, even just for the excitement!

people on this board. Laughable and embarrassing.. I am holding since 170 and don't plan on selling but a simple comment lights the blue touch paper of many of these novacyt warriors. The same people who play the ramping and deramping games on other boards. Since joining LSE, I've come to realise the volume of embarrassments in today's society, actually the majority who have sufficient wealth to bet on the AIM markets.. the world really is a *******e d up place, even without coronavirus!

Can you give some evidence of the last time they released a sales afternoon RNS.. they're predominantly 7:00, stop ramping!

Don't get it, absolutely mental..

I reckon the share price will drop to 350 today, but then most likely settle at worst case 400ish.. it will be on the next RNS that it does well but if people want to try and trade the spikes and dips of the day then enjoy yourselves.. there is no single right decision on this board as everyone has a different set of circumstances and a different risk appetite. If you are listening to the likes of VanV then you're very trusting of someone you have never met who had no real interest in how well your shares do, equally the derampers probably do want your shares at a lower price and want to see the world burn.

Just do your research, remember why you invested in the first place (if it was to make a 50% gain and you've made it, get out!).. Don't be frightened to lose something that is not yet reality.. a bird in the hand is worth...

Anyway, GLA, hopefully you all make the decision that is right for you and ignore the nonsense of this chat which is what 95% of it is! "Market makers this, Market makers that..." really is all made up garbage... anyway :)

why would people sell today at 403 when twice this week we have breached 500 without any real, arguably meaningful RNS. I struggle to understand peoples logic at times!

Yes - most probably will be, I personally expect an RNS on sales tomorrow 07:00 which I expect will cement the >500 position for the weekend.

Most certainly done more than the majority on this share chat where most are spending their days ramping and de-ramping for the sake of a few pennies on a share price; comments that in all reality aren't making a single bit of difference to the way this share is operating...

I would argue the RNS that will be released by Novacyt certainly fits the criteria of extraordinary event for their business.

Absolutely spot on Leemuu. I think the 5% - 10% each day impacts people very differently, 10% a day to me is the equivalent of 30% on my original holding, so I'd be very happy for 5 - 10% each day!

Not really an assumption, sort of a fact... Look at the manufacturing data and how that relates back in to sales, it really is a no brainer and unfortunately there will be many missing our on short term gains who will look back next week and be feeling pretty glum... long-term provides satisfaction, short-term provides an adrenaline rush and a pretty dark low if you've sold too early!

Don't worry all holders. Usual AIM spikes and drops.. Just wait until the sales RNS, that is the key piece of information everyone is really waiting for!

Great how they are frequent but still fairly unpredictable, I mean a 16.15 RNS, crazy!

GLA for tomorrow. I got in at an average of 180 with a fairly small holding but it has really done me proud this stock. I can't even remember how I stumbled across it! All I know is I was hoping to day trade during the lock down.. made 10% on Jet2 in a day and then have been in here ever since as I can't bring myself to sell! That was over 3 weeks ago now!
