It has to be bought as if not they PSN will be smaller in the builders table. Their purchasing power would not be as good, and their opportunity to build and sell houses which is their business WOULD be less hence less profit , (which they do quite efficiently.)

I don't think THE DIVIDEND is paid until Wednesday according to this site ? put a buy on for £ 13 30 & 13.90 they need to remove the stamp duty.
