I HAVE A PENSION AND A SMALL PRIVATE pension which i thought that I could live off in retirement, Just WORKED OUT TO DAY a pensioner WITH OUT a small PRIVATE pension, WITH what could claim over £2000 more than i will get a year.

It is just a little bit unfair I think what are the thoughts ?

just listened to some four eye guy on the sky what a load of bull **** we will all be better he is on about control migration lol 😆 more electricity pylons in our country side , i feel sick with all this crap but i cant see a doctor . this is the final nail in the uk coffin.

My sister is an english nurse and she gets a very good wage for a 4 day 9-10 hour day which is negotiated locally she can do 5 days if she wants so please dont give us thhat sshe has been a nurse for over20 years so not a novice.

WHY dont you just say that when people get to pension age they do not matter just dont send them to hospital let them die and pay every worker above inflation pay rises as LABOR HAVE DONE since they have come to power

Please forgive me I left you name out. I wish you all lived near me , as I could talk to you all as you are help full But as I have said I have said to much on here as i just got carried away I am now 72 so my life expectancy is only about another 10 years so I will my problem be gone m I just need a guardian angle to help but as this is public we can not talk as it is to public

I would love to do what you say BUT i am law abiding, and I do not Like aggression.

I have relied on the deeds and the Law and it has all backed fired in my face and by tying to do things in a trimly manner according to the deeds and the law but it does not matter as I have run out of money.

WHAT i need is a magic wand so that I can get my house up to scratch sell and go,

Some of the advice I have been given has been very welcome,

I have been down all avenues that have been suggested and over the last 3 years, but AT the end of the day my problem is that I cannot get maintenance done to my property as It says in the deeds and at the end of the day the court have said. I just wish I had not bought my house over 30+ years ago, My problem is that the law does not help the little man in this world. As I have said.

I have paid out over £43,000 in court fees and other legal fees barristers , solicitors and surveyors. and they are all fine as long as you are paying them.

BUT now i am in the situation where I just want to live in peace in a little house that I can keep up to scratch and my partner and myself can keep warm in. and be happy . but as the saying goes MONEY makes the world go round, an I have now run out . so we are on our own again.

But thank you all for you well wishing advice.

Oxford one up from a magistrates court dont know much about it as had a death in the family 2 days before the case which hit me very badly and still not quite over it yet ;-(

MY House wall is a boundary wall marked with a v on the deeds which de notes it is my boundary I have a class in the4 deeds which states that I can do the maintenance regardless of consent . but what bothers me is the judge did not pay any attention to it when I went to court and I think judges are a law unto them selves.
