Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
I think we're nearing bottom, this is warrant sellers selling for 10% imo. Can't see it going below .29 at worst. It may stick around at that level until done but there's so much cash sitting on the sidelines here waiting for a buy signal I think it will bounce quickly. It's getting silly now. GLA
Thanks Tilburn. I did some calcs last week and by my estimations we'll hit 5000 bopd (gross) by December easy, the % output is increasing faster than predicted, added to an already higher bopd, makes the output very healthy indeed. The more the Sp drops and fundamentals improve, the bigger the gap in terms of value here.
That’s not always the case, I’ve been in plenty of shares whee the mm’s have worked the SP up to drip feed shares out. Working on behalf of the seller to get the best price possible. I can only see one reason for keeping the share price down here and it ain’t for sellers. However, being a shareholder I may have rose tinted glasses on - we shall see. GLA
I can only surely be warrant holders selling, placing was done at .32p. Seems crazy that they’re even contemplating selling at this level. Frustrating to watch but fundamentals are improving daily, probably best to switch off for a couple of weeks. GLA
Utter rubbish. If you look on the financials you'll see there were no "potential" company with no costs, $35M worth of retained losses would tell you otherwise. We have a company now with $33 per barrel net backs and rising. there is now real tangible growth rather than pie in the sky. Simple fact is there is a churn of shares, the company is way undervalued and it will realise its true worth in time. I'd much rather have a company with revenue revenue rising daily with a relative low fixed cost than no revenue+costs any day of the week. The rubbish spoken on these boards at times is beyond the pale. GLA
Bought in last week and timed my entry well for a change. Expecting positive newsflow over the coming weeks and months. I think it's all well and good people talking about waiting for an entry point but in my experience, greed can take many forms, in my humble opinion the SP will not stay at these levels for long, if it does retrace I'll be only too happy to add. GLA
It's simply a case of supply outweighing demand at present, no manipulation here. A lot of money waiting on the wings for the selling to ease before jumping in, before you know it though it will be up, up, up though! I'd rather have my ticket bought and wait for the bus to arrive though. GLA
100% guys. I can understand the frustrations but see it for what it is. The fundamentals are the company, today's RNS was yet another confirmation that the company is hugely undervalued and getting more and more undervalued as the hours tick by. If you're a real investor, you smile and buy. Opportunities don't come along like this very often. You can moan about the II's all you want, but if you've done your research and you can read RNS's, then the rules that they work under are presenting a gift - you either see it for what it is and Buy or Hold. It's not rocket science. Added more this morning. GLA
Yes, not expecting fireworks, however, if they can give some detail e.g. average bopd for the quarter, along with avg wti, we can extrapolate and calculate what our bottom line will be with increased bopd. They’ve already stated the the net backs will increase with the increased bopd, as most costs are fixed. Do this, and give a clear forecast and update on the miscible flooding impact and we’ll have something to get excited about. 7000 bopd is the target and I think they’ll get there quicker than expected. Hopefully some nice positive wording can be used to paint a picture of our operational progress.
Like you Noob, I’m expecting some large one time charge numbers, however, I’m sure some of the costs have been offset with warrants too so not expecting fireworks but nor is the market imo. Operational figures are key but we need to show that debt can be managed, which I’m very confident it can. Let’s be honest, if we can’t manage an acquisition with the assets we have at the increased output rate when buying at the bottom then we all might as well stop producing oil now. As economies open up more this asset should reap the benefit rewardingly, resulting in a much increased SP. The Cuda situation is an intriguing one, not sure on how the partnership works and how the mechanics of the split is actually worked but surely if they owe us money then we have the right to keep their increased output portion from the miscible flood until they settle, I’m assuming they’ve not contributed to the miscible flooding cost? Either way, there’s a lot of upside to be had from their distressed state and then there’s Nigeria. Hugely undervalued here and I think Tuesday will underline this fact. Have a good holiday weekend all.
For tax purposes: $34.8M non capital losses which can be used against operating income (normal business activity) and $5.8M losses for capital losses (which can only be used against capital gains). Both these figures at FY20 y/e. Let’s hope we wipe that out quick smart ;-). Quite a saving!
One advantage to being a non revenue generating business for many previous years will be the losses being brought forward. Not double checked but there must be a fair amount, so quite a tax saving in future years you would like to think.
Q2 will show the first full quarter of revenue for the first time in the companies history. Quite an achievement, don’t you think? It’ll certainly give an indication of what we can achieve going forward. We’re n the midst of market mechanics, frustrating but if you believe in the company then use it to your advantage.
Apologies, Wayden you are right- only trading accounts
Its an app/website which you subscribe too, as soon s offers become available you'll be contacted by email, at which time you can subscribe for the offer. It's fairly straight forward. You designate an account (ISA, SIPP etc) to your account and as long as you have the available funds in the aforementioned account to cover your preferred amount you will be put forward for the entitlement. GFin's offer ends tonight, so if you subscribe for the offer, you'll be told tomorrow if you have been successful. Pretty pain free.
Great deal. As much as its on zero discount as we speak today, the actual value add with this deal will create a discount in itself as we should see a sharp rise in SP relatively quickly, with warrants coming to an end in October also this will create the perfect storm for investors and share value. Well done management.
