I think the chain of events will be:

- AGM

- Unaudited interims

Lunn’s children would be over 18 and there can be argued to be independent. There anre already two wives, it would appear, on the list of PPP shareholders and no joint husband/wife declarations. Try arguing that your wife isn’t independently minded!

Lunn could also choose to transfer the shares to his wife/children. That would definitely make them non-disclosable by himself.

The disclosure rules are about who controls the voting rights. If Lunn now controls the votes of the 3.2 million shares then they are potentially disclosable by Lunn.

However 3.2 million is less than 3% and it could be that Lunn as Executor that now has control of Invictorium, i.e. the trust owns the shares. But then again if Lunn controls the trust and therefore the voting rights then they are declarable.

In summary, it’s complicated.

ASI is saying until the shares are formally transferred from the trust to Lunn he doesn’t have to declare who the beneficiary is.

Of course his plan has been totally rumbled as everyone now knows exactly who the benefiary is.

That explains why the RNS explicitly mentioned that Stephen Lunn is the Executor, I expect preparing the way for the next disclosure which will be the trust.

Incidentally, surely Anton should have declared his combined holdings, hiding behind intermediate companies is not abiding by the rules. I would be amazed if Evans, Olof and Lunn didn’t know exactly what Anton was up to.

So only 18 million shares were voted. Clearly shows that if Lunn had got control of just a fraction of the 62 million proposed new shares he would have been able to do whatever he wanted.

Affrm, never in any RNS has it stated that PPP owned or had leases on 250,000 acres. It was an Area of Mutual Interest with Millennium where they were going to cooperate, that’s all it was.

Do you have the slightest interest in facts or are you just determined to try and sucker other investors into this share in the vain hope that the SP opens high enough for you to get your money back?

I’m not saying that PPP didn’t have a JV with Millenium covering an area of 250,000 acres area where they agreed to jointly pursue oil and gas exploration opportunities (note that does NOT mean 250,000 acres of oil leases) just that it seems it is no more. If it was still relevant Tom would have mentioned it. Not one mention since March 2024.

PPP ended up buying Millenium’s 75% share of the 2,036 acres:

That’s what Millenium, who drilled the wells, though 75% of the 2,036 acres was worth.

PPP used to mention the 250,000 acres Millenium AMI at the bottom of every RNS, but haven’t done since 25 Mar 2024.

The section on the “East Texas Joint Venture” with ESGY does not mention 250,000 acres.

But the ESGY JV can’t progress anyway as explained here:

Affrm: “If the JV does go ahead and as last year's rns stated it would be 250,000 acres“

No RNS has ever stated that the GV JV is 250,000 acres. The RNS actually said 2,036 acres.

Here’s what the infamous July 17th RNS said about lithium:

“Very importantly on the lithium and gas front, the HOT sets out an arrangements with Globalvision to acquire 50% of Nobel Petroleum LLC ("NPLLC") for a 50/50 Joint Venture ("JV") where the parties seek to assess the scope for developing gas production from the AMI with ESGY Energy Inc ("ESGY"), and also importantly to assess the potential to produce lithium from any well in the AMI over the life of the project term.”

However PPP had already announced on 2nd May 2023 that:

“The East Texas proposed Farm-In Agreement to 300 shallow gas prospects could not be advanced at this time due to impending litigation issues regarding certain areas. Once these issues have been satisfactorily resolved, the agreement can be reinstated”

That’s why the July 17th wording was a very weak “seek to assess the scope”. Well the scope is can’t proceed.
