Maybe Harvey may be used at a later date when perhaps other fields become available making it worthwhile?
Does anybody know of adjacent fields where this might be the case . I cant believe that they are abandoning the filed for good!

Also read that one ton of methane is 896 times mote than co2. Hope these scientists sort it out as we may not be green at all!

Read an article on the proposed Bacton Energy Hub and it clearly says all the natural gas will be needed for the proposed hydrogen schemes way beyond the 2030s and all the existing unused will be needed and any more thats found. Peakview -I read with interest that several projects in the far east for huge gas fields have been aborted after majors have been persuaded to do so to appear green. The truth is that that a lot of that gas was for electricity production instead of coal AND GAS IS FAR CLEANER SO IN THIS CASE ITS FAR GREENER. Then everybody thinks wood is green - yes it is while living but when burnt it gives off a lot of methane and black soot which are pollutants Nos 2 and 3 . Meanwhlie the grid cannot survive on wind and solar and when it cannot do so there are a lot of diesel generators that kick in. I would love to know just how many and how often they are used! We need the gas and it will be in demand for years and years to come that s for sure in my mind..

Are LOG administrators flogging off its holdings and using the money to buy its warrant entitlements at a low price and then selling them off. Its a sure way of maximising the investment for its investors. One thing is for sure something is holding the price back as the market must know how valuable IOG will be. Would be nice to know what is happening at Bacton though but testing and commissioning is always a pain in the ***.

Ignore this poster who it seems can convert a stated challenging Q4 gas flow into "Delay again first gas April May June 2022".I guess he wants to force the price down for his own ends. Not worth reading his posts

Funny that Conoco are not appealing Willow which sure needed a big investment. I wonder if they are thinking
much cheaper to do Pantheon with no indigenous problems and cheaper outlay and faster first oil? Just have a feeling
that this may be going on and a good all round answer. Perhaps just dreaming.........

Hi Daltry - just thought a few might learn something about DST and understand the investment.and oil industry a bit . My knowledge was limited to drilling modules for Piper many years back but still try to learn cheers

HI Like most on here I have no great knowledge of DST. However I think most of the postings regarding DST results are indeed just guesses . If you look at the following https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drill_stem_test it may give you some idea of the wide range of tests that can be involved and this is for each formation that may need to be looked at. It is plainly obvious just reading at Wiki that DSTs can take weeks and I guess RNS may well appear before all testing is done once they have establish flow rates permeability and pressures etc. Kind regards to all Dellfrog

Not sure why the flaring on/ off is so relevant as I am sure I read that usually DST testing involves about 6 different tests and in each flare will shut down and then restart on next test. Is this right any knowledgeable oil men out there? So one would expect flare to disappear and reappear several times maybe

So here we go again 1.3% down yet more buys than sells as far as I can see. Sick to death of MMs scaring people into selling and picking up cheap shares for the big boys buys, Someone needs to put Aim into an honest place as this happens so often. Same is happening at SAVP and it certainly did at Eco in London and Toronto. Dp others agree Aim has got out of hand! Best regards to all and lets hope RNS soon with good flow.

Hi Spruce Goose - I agree with you but the fact remains that the amount spent on wind turbines and solar is no way going to be a sufficient replacement for oil. And yes hundreds of coal fired power stations are still being built ( just look at China). Is there anyone out there that can tell me whether carbon or nitrous oxide is the real evil in all this alleged climate change? The problem is there have been so many truths and lies about Climate change that nobody really seems to know the truth! Anyway at least we may have good news here very soon on Warwick as that flare has been burning for a long time! Best regards to all.
