@Spikey; I’ve just looked at the accounts from 2015 -2018 you can see the trail there usually around page 40 if you’re wanting to confirm. I’m going to see what happens when the Kaz listing starts, I think if we get around 10p I’m going to start selling, not sure how many yet but I’ve had enough of this asset sale.

The Company increased investment in subsidiaries following optimisation of its structure and closing its intermediary Cyprus subsidiary Eurasia Investments Limited (the “EIL”). The Company provided EIL with the loan to invest into the then joint venture Urals Alluvial Platinum (the “UAP”). In 2014 the UAP became 100% subsidiary of the Company and in 2015 after closing of the EIL the loan to the EIL was converted into Investment into the UAP.

“UAP”), which in turn controls other subsidiaries within the Group.
(ii) Investments in joint operations to develop Semenovsky project were written off in 2017 due to uncertain status of the project, which requires additional funding and/or a partner capable to bring such funding. Unless funding situation is resolved or a suitable partner identified the project has no value to the Company, and as such, has been impaired during the year.
