@Scuba; doesn’t Lenoman have a “contact” on the inside 😂🤣 it’s the exact same tactic as the Subs accounts & the QVL/Mispare court case & from the same people on here. I don’t believe a word either of them say these days.
@IKN; is this what you’re talking about?

Dattabase1;
Why log out to read posts from people you’ve filtered because you don’t want to read there posts? 😳
Yes the BODs intention is still to sell but remember we now don’t have the Rosgeo Assets which was the reason the credible party made their proposal and we left the FSP. Yes we might still have an entitlement to NYUD.
The 2 placings of $35M were specifically for Rosgeo, $10.5M was previously raised for WK development.
Alexei selling his 27.4M shares was not announced to the BOD, no one knows for sure that he’s bought them back as far as I know that’s based on a Bloomberg screenshot! Why have the BOD just cancelled his entitlement to 40M options if he did nothing wrong?
This was reported by Sky news an hour ago. I think China attending is a good sign at some point this senseless war has to end and China are possibly the only country Putin will listen to.
“We reported a few days ago that Jeddah in Saudi Arabia will hold international talks this weekend on how to bring an end to the war in Ukraine.
Similar talks were held in Copenhagen at the end of June - none of the notable absences was China, which declined the invitation.
Well China has just confirmed that it will be attending in Saudi Arabia.
Its foreign ministry says it will be represented by special envoy for Eurasia Affairs Li Hui.
China has long been insisted it is neutral on the conflict.
Beijing has stressed that Ukraine's territorial integrity must be respected, but at the same time has not condemned the invasion, abstained during UN votes on the war, and has criticised Western sanctions.
Russia has reportedly not been invited to the Jeddah talks.
On Wednesday, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he hoped this weekend's summit will pave the way for a Russia-Ukraine peace summit this autumn”
@Ragsrob; I’ve no idea tbh. I noted they still haven’t completed the work for NKT open pit & think that could possibly be what they’re waiting on, assuming the buyers wanting the whole lot. DFS info should get released around Monday 27 August (going on WK timelines) I think all info would be within the offer details we’d get before voting, can’t see it getting released before then. Having said all that I now look at every possible outcome when the bod tell us anything ie new NDAs signed in June. If this is for the asset sale then I can’t see anything this year as DD etc will need to be completed or are they extensions from previous NDAs? I’m hoping they’re more to do with EUA v 2 but no way of knowing for sure. I’ve gave up looking too much into things as I don’t think we will ever know what the BOD are going to do or are currently doing.
@Ragsrob; no worries mate. No offence taken by myself whatsoever and I’ve absolutely no issues with you. it’s not the sort of subject anyone wants to see or read about on here under any circumstances and glad you’re not going to mention it again. Hopefully it won’t be long till the Asset Sale and we can all get away from this BB for ever 😀
@Lenoman; I’ve no issues with Ragsrob but object to two of the subjects in his post. I reported Scubas the morning I read it (think it was posted late one evening last week or over the weekend) & I’ve reported Ragrobs every time he brings the subject back up. Today I decided to mention it as he continues to post about it rather than move on from it. If you think that’s wrong thats fine by me, likewise if Ragsrob wishes to continue posting it that’s his choice but I will report any post that has those sort of subjects in them. Debate over, don’t bother replying.
Lenoman; I read Scubas comment and am fully aware of the content and reported it at the time. It was over a spelling error Rob had made in the word Nice (city in France) and he used niece by mistake. That was days ago and to continually keep dragging it up is achieving nothing.
Trowtech; he wasn’t defending himself, he was bringing up a subject from days ago to attack Scuba something which he’s done on quite a few occasions now. It’s not needed and subjects like those are not what anyone needs to be reading about.
Ragsrob; I’ve reported your post, absolutely no need to mention those sort of subjects on here. Whatever your reason is I think it’s out of order and certainly not the sort of things I wish to be reading about on an EUA bb.
@Jarv55; correct I think CS said at the AGM that all Rosgeo expenses were for the NYUD project. They also stated on receiving the second Rosgeo JV placing that they were now fully funded for what they wanted to do with the project. $35M must have all gone on NYUD or there’s something we’re not aware of.
@makeabundle; I think the funding for WK came from this $10.5M placing not the $35M which was for Rosgeo JV.

@IKN; in what way do you think EUA v1 & EUA v2 will be linked?
@Scuba; I have a feeling the BOD want to continue with the Rosgeo JV but in doing so we’d possibly be subject to sanctions, is buying out Rosgeos 25% of NYUD a short term solution? We left the FSP because we’d got the Rosgeo JV and wanted to focus on the proposal from the “credible party” for the whole lot. I hope the BOD remember that and don’t try to be too clever this time.
@Jarv55; I wish they’d just focus 100% on the Russian asset sale, they’ve not had much luck with EUA v 2 so far, look at how the “company changing” Rosgeo JV turned out for us ($35m that cost us) & Christ knows what went on with Logik but it ended up in court.
