Tricky57; Friday is good for me. I can definitely feel a change in the air. Bot flies have all gone, sp rising in the last week, opened Blue today, it’s going to happen one day.... that day will hopefully be historical in changing my life and plenty others.

Every day for me is the same, up for 7am.... no RNS, view posts to see if anything worthwhile has been posted, wait till 8am to see that we open red. 10am go for a walk, shopping etc, 1pm look for RNS then watch the SP do not a lot despite invariably more buys than sells as the MMs play more blatant games all the time hoping for an intra day RNS to arrive, 4pm try guess if we will close red or blue, 5pm wait for the huge delayed kippers to land on deck, 6pm explain to wife why we still haven’t hit the jackpot yet, 8pm read lots of posts from investors trying to guess what’s happening with the FSP and how much it will be (although none of us have a clue) 10pm go to bed ready for the same again the next day. Some days the MMs catch me out and put the SP up, those days I go online and look at villas for sale in Spain haha

Can we try to focus on EUA at the minute? There will be plenty time to discuss other shares once a sale is agreed. Looking forward to today’s trading, hopefully lots more buying and blue seas ahead. It’d be really nice to end the week in the 30s. Best wishes go out to Ian & Portsmouth 1.

Let’s be honest, this FSP has been so watertight that none of us know what the current status is. What we do know is that USB, DLA and CITIC are still involved and NDAs are still in play. The company tweet on Friday and Dimitry tweeting last night were both done on purpose, what that purpose is will be revealed in time. IMO good news is coming soon. Let’s hope it a full company sale at a price which we are all happy with. For me anything over 70p will allow me to purchase a very nice villa in Javea (Spain). Having said that, I’ve genuinely no idea what the sp will be at the COB today, next month or next year!

If the market knew the closing date for non binding to binding offers was this Friday the SP would fly and it’d be almost impossible to buy anything. Funny thing is, that’s a very strong possibility as it’s the last trading day in Feb and at least 6 weeks since the non binding offers were all submitted. The slow drip down of the SP is frustrating for us all but it will be so worth it when the RNS is released which could be any time.

Really hoping the tweet on Friday is an indication from the company that more news will be made available this week. We all know this is going to be sold, we are just waiting on the facts & figures. The markets wants more confidence in EUA and to be fair the BOD have always delivered for us. If we don’t get the “sold RNS” I’m confident they are going to give us some form of an update be it subtle hinting tweets or an RNS update on the FSP. Let’s have a positive week with SP increasing

Will be interesting to see how many of the low life posters appear on here this weekend. Always a good indication that we are getting close. SP has taken a hammering of late but I’m holding all my shares till the end. Good to see EUA back on Twitter after 5 months of silence, is this a sign that we are nearly there and that they know we are all desperate for some positive news. Only time will tell, but that time is getting really close I think.

1307, you really are the lowest of the low. You only ever come on here when the sp is dropping with your sarcastic “ I told you so” remarks. You’d not last 2 minutes in the real world with your attitude to people. I guess lockdown suits you fine.

1307, do you get enjoyment out of genuine people losing money and going through this sp drop? You do realise people have lives & families to support. Coming on here in the manner you do would suggest your lacking in people skills. We may be losing money on paper but there really isn’t any need for the way you act!

Despite the continued declining SP I honestly can’t see the BOD giving us any kind of an update, it’s either going to be a sale or no sale RNS. They put us through hell for months in suspension over the infamous tweet (which I still don’t fully understand) similar ref the appointing a new NOMAD (last minute.com) and forget about knowing the resources details in the DFS. I still have confidence in them but think the communication has been pretty crap & vague throughout this process. Shareholders only two options are either continue to trust them and hold or believe the blatantly corrupt MMs have more info than us and sell.

RIP Gary, on behalf of my family & myself I’d like to thank you for all the work you’ve carried out for EUA over the last 22 years and putting the company in the position it’s in from which we will all benefit.

Has anyone got any idea what these actually include? Surely the BOD could state how many non binding offers they’ve had, also the approved resources figures for the DFS, all bidders must have seen them now so why can’t shareholders know? It’s all well and good saying the current sp is irrelevant to the sale price but it’s good for confidence and considering the time this is taking & all the MMs games I’d appreciate a confidence boosting positive update for my sanity if nothing else.

Could this be the day for the big RNS release. It’s been a hell of a journey and I think it’s time for the announcement. If not feeling confident the SP will go up but won’t be shocked if the MMs try squeeze a few more shares from people for the big boys. The manipulation, bot flies & posters like Monty will not be missed.

I think we all agree that there is nothing in an RNS which states they are, have or were working for EUA (that’s what certain people on here will only accept). What we do have though are some really good indication that they may have (the positive and practical people will accept that) Can we leave it at that, no one knows for sure as nothing has been made official by the company. No need to go round and round in circles arguing the same things repeatedly.

I’m positive this will end good for all invested. Have to agree that flow of information could have been better previously with suspension & nomad. It certainly wasn’t enjoyable. Similarly I’m sure if the BOD wanted to boost the SP they could easily tell us how many non binding offers they’ve actually had and possibly the lowest offer. Can’t see how that’d conflict with any NDAs. They obviously don’t want to do that so there must be a reason. Frustrating for us all as we are all guessing what’s going on, add in the MM games, CV19 lockdown & restrictions and it’s understandable people are getting twitchy.

Newbie642; hoping for the RNS to land but if not it will be the usual “Groundhog” day. Lots of MM games, low volume and almost guaranteed they will close us in the RED for the psychology over the weekend.

1307, you’ve obviously lived a very sheltered life. I didn’t put uk on a par with Russia for everything, I said corruption! We can talk about the large sale but it’s a complete waste of time as only one person knows the facts. He can buy or sell as many as he likes. Defence mechanism... not at all it genuinely doesn’t bother me it’s Alexei who will miss out on the profits (they’ve been snapped up)

I’ve no idea why your considering buying as clearly you’ve no faith in the BOD.... very strange
