If there is a 7am RNS this site is highly likely to crash if we all post comments. Maybe worth trying not to post for 10 mins or so to try let everyone have a read first.

I had the worst nights sleep but feeling very happy. Confident the BOD will release some more news today now the FSP is finished. Definitely some exciting times ahead.

$20 billion would be amazing and life changing for me but why would the BOD mention Japan if they were bidding to buy the company. All we’ve had for 10 months is silence due to NDAs, surely the Japanese would have NDAs in place as well?

It’s approaching 4 months since the last FSP update, really hoping for some news this week. Things must be happening behind the scenes but what they are nobody here has a clue. The BOD have never let us down before although they have gave us a few scares along the way with suspension & the appointing of the new NOMAD. We’ve had some brilliant updates lately but are still only trading around 27p. I hope these lawyers are close to closing a deal as I think it’s dragged on for long enough now.

The EUA story isn’t complete yet so why start looking for another investment? there’s still potential for good gains here.

Since the last FSP update, we must be due some news soon. It’s starting to get as interesting here as an episode of Eastenders! I’ve still got 100% faith in the BOD but some clarification as to where we are at would be really appreciated for our sanity. 10 months into the FSP and none of us have a clue what’s going to happen, how many non binding offers we’ve had and in what price range would be a start. The Rosgeo JV, Japanese interest & really positive news from the WK update have not budged the SP at all. No leaks in 10 months is very impressive but FFS give the lawyers a kick in the backside and get this deal signed & sealed.

Billions & R1chardo are obviously a double act, I decided a few weeks ago that anyone who comes on here to blatantly disrupt I just ignore them and report to admin. If everyone did the same they’d be gone in no time at all. Replying to them just clutters up the bb.

Optimist 59; the simple answer is that none of us know for sure what’s happening, therefore we have 2 options.
1. Sell our shares
2. Have faith in the BOD

I’m more than happy to go for option 2 because all the indications show me that the BOD are intending to do what’s best for us shareholders. They keep adding assets (flanks) or potential assets (Rosgeo JV) to the company, the price of metals continues to rise and I’d assume the Japanese interest has added a bit more complexity to the FSP. The decision will come one day, we’d all like that to be soon but history has showed us it’s a very slow process but I’m confident the BOD know exactly what they are going to do and are finalising all the nitty gritty details.

Tiger; just to confirm. Your stating the BOD & Nomad are lying to us? That’s one hell of a statement to make. I hope you can back that up with some facts!

I really hope the BOD can give us some more clarity as to which direction they are intending to go. They’ve had plenty time to decide what’s the best option available to them so I’d like to see some kind of an update this week now they’ve got the expected yes vote from shareholders confirmed at yesterdays EGM.

Just ignore or report Mr Stork, he’s clearly trying to be disruptive. Replying to him just boost his over inflated ego!

It seems that a few posters have reappeared on here and it’s creating friction again. Is it desperation that makes them want to flood the board with argumentative posts? Please all genuine shareholders don’t take the bait and just ignore them all. Let’s all focus on EUA and the massive potential the company has. Hopefully a yes vote today followed by some good news in the near future.

Im at a loss as to why mr “Thrush” our very own poster ndn71 asks why we all think this is THE week. I guess if they were invested they’d understand the anticipation/excitement we all have with the upcoming EGM and hopefully some news as to the direction the company intends to go. We all know nothing is guaranteed but I am confident the BOD will do what’s best for us shareholders.

I’ve got a really good feeling that this is going to be a good week. The EGM on Wednesday has been called for a very specific reason and I’m sure all will be revealed soon, we’ve had nothing but very positive news in the recent RNS’s. The BOD have a huge % of shares so will be looking for the best deal possible and there’s not a hope in hell they will sell this on the cheap. I’d not be shocked if they throw a few more surprise announcements in. Exciting times for all shareholders.

Lamstree; Roger65 did similar a week or so back. Claimed he’d sold 650,000 which were marked as buys. Something fishy about him so I take anything he states with a pinch of salt!

Roger65; you said you sold around 650,000 shares not long back so you must be sitting on a free ride with the remaining 2m or so.... why are you biting your nails to the bone? Only good news coming our way very soon in my eyes.

I gave up trying to figure out what the BOD are up to, let’s be honest they have kept their cards very close the their chest and every RNS recently has been a very pleasant surprise which no one expected. I’ve 100% faith in them, the assets just keep on increasing which can only be good for all shareholders. I’d not be shocked for them to release more unexpected news before the EGM, exciting week ahead for us all.

Dunnett; EGM is on Wednesday 28th.

Hoping we can consolidate yesterday’s gains. I’d love to see a blue day but worry those sneaky horrible manipulating MMs will try their games again. Confidence seems to be back, lots of large trades and best of all no sign of those irritating “Bots”. Time is ticking to the EGM and potentially big news...
