This will be very exciting to watch...........The style of lithium pegmatite mineralisation being sought by USL is typified by that being mined at Talison Lithium's Greenbushes Mine in W. Australia (Mineral Resource 2012 Measured & Indicated 118.5Mt @ 2.4% Li) and ASX listed Birimian Ltd's Bougouni Lithium Project, in Mali, where a maiden Mineral Resource (15.5Mt @ 1.48% Li2O) for the Goulamina Deposit was recently announced.

Better position for an RTO. We now have cash in hand and no dilution. I'm in "The Board is conscious of the pressure on the StratMin share price and market speculation of a discounted capital raise in the near term. The early settlement with Bass and divestment of the Bass equity holding removes the need for the Company to raise short term capital with a weak share price and provides a stronger platform for negotiating an RTO. This transaction mitigates completion risk with Bass and provides capital to pursue the Company's gold strategy which the Board believes will deliver better shareholder returns."

We rejected Jonas offer as it was not what we wanted, we now have another buyer who could possibly pay 6p per share.. are we going to see another offer by Jonas... could get interesting. Hoping price is still sub 3p tomorrow...
