I don't recall KDNC issuing an email/RNS without specific news about KDNC or one of its investments prior to this.
Could it be that BOD is trying to get share price up?

The directors are buying shares as it a condition of them being able to take up options that were granted at AGM in 2017.

*Andrew Suckling purchased his DDPP obligation through the ADR listing in the OTC market (KDNCY:OTC) in the United States, in which 500 KDNC shares is equivalent to 1 ADR share, the purchase price was US$1.62 per ADR or approximately 0.25 pence per shares.

Positive for lithium

The market cap at current price is £43m as compared with NPV for Sonora of $1.25billion ( £960m) based on a lithium price of $11000. In addition there is Zinnwald project in Germany. There will have to be some dilution to raise funds needed to fund plant but the existing major shareholders own just over 50% and will resist giving away too much. The Annual Report including full update will be issued later this month. The link below is to a presentation made in September.
