GFL right to acquire 22.5% $0.282b
Balance 77.5% $0.971b
GFL have right to acquire a further 27.5% $0.345b

Balance owned by BCN $0.626b

Present shareholders of BCN 70.01% $0.438b

Per share based on issue of 134m $3.27 £2.50

The NPV of $1.253b is based on current value of $3.4b discounted by 8%pa for 12 years. See presentation dated April 2019 on BCN website
