A bargain at this price. Little downside,lots of upside. Read Hannam report- my post at 09.25.

Zenith has filed its independent CPR up to 31/3/2018, 2P reserves in Azerbaijan are deemed to be 31.7m barrels of oil (32.1) while in Italy natural gas 2P reserves are 16.4 Bcf (15.36). The company also say that there is a new investor presentation scheduled for publication on their website today which will, amongst other new data, show all-in average oil production costs falling from $19 pb to $13 pb when production in Azerbaijan gets to 1,000 b/d. These numbers justify managements faith in the size of the prize in country and are building a platform to produce from it.

Frankie H . Rare Earth Minerals plc (AIM: REM) today announces that it has issued options over a total of 300,000,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 0.44p per share (being the closing mid-market price on 30 June 2016 of 0.44p). These options will vest immediately and will expire on 30 June 2021. The options were issued under the Company's share incentive plan ("SIP"), as announced on 11 September 2014.

I think this share price is being �talked� down by doom & gloom. The BOD has listened to shareholders. Options at very low prices were surrendered before AGM in 2017 and replaced with options at higher prices, most at a price of 2.18p. Remuneration has ben reduced by 30% and all directors have agreed to buy shares each month for 12 months. In addition KM and DS have bought a total of 9.7m shares at .27p,.29p &.30p.KM has made several presentations including a webinar in April. These can be accessed on company�s website and are positive. The transactions with BCN are puzzling and the BOD appear to have erred. I�d recommend all you doubters to look at webinar. It is an hour long a bit tedious but very informative. KM answers questions for the last 30 minutes.

You remind me of a character on the radio decades ago whose catch phrase was "It's being so cheerful that keeps me going".

Donald Strang bought 6,2m shares last December at prices of .29p and .31p.

The annual report is due this month and I think shareholders would be foolish to sell at moment and possible buyers are waiting for results.

L74. I have been in for as long as you but not many at higher prices. IMO our expectations were raised by DL talking fantasy figures but I do think that company has some very good assets. EMH is under a cloud because of Czech government and BCN was messed about by NexrView. The most encouraging fact to me is the options for directors that vest next February,most of the options at 2.18p.

L74. Doom and gloom is pervasive. Have you watched recent webinar or presentations by Kiran? He is positive about prospects.Annual report due soon and AGM to follow.
