Well worth finding the time to read. I find it very reassuring. Amapa has a NPV of $949m ( £750m) of which 30% (£225m) is attributable to KDNC.EMH, market cap £90m holds 49% of Cinovec which has a NPV of $1.938bn (£1.5bn).Both HAS and EG have exciting prospects. I am uncertain about Sonora as the JV is some years away from being mined but Ganfeng will probably want to acquire KDNC’s share of JV before then.
Dallas. If you believe the facts as you state them why are you an investor here? I can’t believe you are shorting shares as that could be very painful very quickly. You seem reasonably knowledgeable but your conclusions are bewildering. Why spend so much time posting about a company that you obviously deem a failure? There are a number of other posters of a similar ilk to you and your collective negativity is deterring both existing investors and possible new ones.
I believe that the directors have made some excellent investments with much potential. There have been mistakes; the one that springs to mind is the dealings with Bacanora and talk of a possible takeover. At the moment there is a lack of clarity as to the way forward with Sonora but the other investments, apart from Amapa, are quoted companies and Amapa has enormous potential -NPV $949M.
I am signing of until there is some fresh news so “Bye bye for now”.
