I have read it in detail and what you cannot see is that they do not mention anything other than a fund raise which will be equity based to ensure that their is a ROI for the funders. That is the positive scenario, the worst case is CLN issuance. The tax credit is a red herring IMO -good luck
'Lol why would shareholders care about todays sp..' - that is beyond parody.. they should care because at the very least the return on investment after dilution would be drastically reduced. That is without knowing the level or amount of shares needed to fund the round given the discount rate... Jeepers.. get real!!
Volumes aren't huge and we closed right on the last support, If we don't get a bounce tomorrow then it is highly likely that we'll head down again to 107 ish. That's my view anyhow. As for the selling I think the market is expecting another impairment in March, the strategy of three year fixed insurance deals is coming back to haunt SAGA it seems as costs in the sector rise. It has not fallen like this for over two years but again the volumes are lite. It's a tough hold as very few people selling will realise a profit from it. Hoping for some better days here thou once the knee jerk is over.
All you have to do is HOLD ..nothing more, Take the Divi's and relax. These are II's level large trade sells and probably chasing hot sectors for short term returns. Meanwhile this PLC has been around for over a hundred years and will be here is decades to come generating cash and paying us to do one thing...hold our stake. If it stays at these levels re-investing Divi's will double your holding in 7 short years...NO BRIANER!! the II's will clamber back in when the bubbles elsewhere pop..
