Response from Sarah.... Today’s announcement I would characterise as a small ‘top up’, and think this is a sensible thing to do, at this stage. As you know, we’ve paused operations whilst we attempt to market the Tendrara position and return cash to shareholders. To do this, we should make sure that potential buyers see the company as it is – financially strong and backed by investors. There are examples out there of company sales where the seller is financially constrained, and this can have an impact on the ultimate sales price. Sound is not in that position. Seems the cash was raised from investors via the broker to SOU. Still all to play for here, a little more patience all. Deepi
Seems we will be drilling sooner than expected. https://www.coroenergyplc.com/media/2159/investor-presentation-q2.pdf
Shares Investor Evening (Manchester)
Wednesday 27 March 2019
The Shares and AJ Bell Media evening event in Manchester is an opportunity for senior board directors from fast growing listed PLCs to make a presentation about their company and update existing & potential investors on their business plans for 2019.
During the event and afterwards over drinks, investors will have the chance to discover new investment opportunities and get to know the companies better by talking one on one with the company directors
Companies presenting:
Coro Energy (CORO) is an oil and gas exploration company focused on delivering long-term production of natural gas. Coro Energy's aim is to become a mid-tier, south east Asian focused exploration and production company. Last year, it completed the merger of SEHIL and Saffron Energy, integrating teams and assets under Coro Energy.
I would naturally assume so mate, however I want to learn more about TE11 from the team and how they propose to action the well. Why would JP exit early and leave TE11 half way into testing as a going concern and allow all the sweet stuff other the buyer?
From what I believe, its all about achieving the maximum SP upon exit right?
Thursday will prove to be very educational for all of us I hope. Personally I don't take much to silly pub games,( especially when it comes to my wealth stuck in the company) and would have much rather preferred a shard or gherkin type event with a much better addressed approached to really get the best results (SP wise). We would have got much more attention in the market. However the chance to have a beer with old school buds overrides this time!
off to the spa for now. Enjoy the evening all.

If TE11 goes ahead we are looking for late 2019 or even an early 2020 LE.
The prize really is in the testing of TE10, which now seems rather delayed and has completely put investors into disarray. I hope the team set the record straight here!!

Looking forward to seeing all the usual suspects and maybe some new faces on Thursday. I will be attending the CORO GM in the morning. Hoping JM can further enlighten me on the potential 'Elephant' which is about to fall into his laps!!
I love ELEPHANTS
