A nobody is willing to sell at their offer

B Shortage of shares

C or possibly combination or other?

Given we now know the claim will be recalculated, I definitely think the price per oz used would have been very conservative.

I honestly don't think the calculation would have been at spot on the day of release.

My guess, a good deal less, some kind of mid point figure.

I am more aligned with Stuart especially with WA & brokers notes in mind.

Personally, I agree trust broken..but if it was the case I think it would include a big pay out too..for 20 odd yrs of court cases etc.

So what we don't know,

Would we get special dividend & we keep our shares..very positive if PAT have an eye on other projects.

Would they buy our holdings back off us?

I am still 50/50 on early settlement, either way I am happy with. But I doubt it will be in the low hundred millions, more like a a billion in pounds, shillings & pence.

Lcm will get about 10% , our partner in Indias cut. ( You will find that in an Allenby research note, if I remember correctly), Pat will probably keep a % for future projects.
