We know the ceo did the rounds some weeks/months ago, plus the excellent contributions on x etc from swen/marcin plus others. This has definitely brought in some big buyers. As much as soc I am looking forward to time lines of arb case.

Take off discount which generally always applies in arb...that could be anything from 20% upwards i suppose.

We would be crazy not to claim for some calculation based on the auctioned declared resource..ie 7.2 plus off takes.

For info on a £1 billion award it would retun around £2.8 ish per share allowing for funds to be with held by pat for future projects.

Divide that by 2 or 3 I would still be very happy!

Also it has been mentioned in the event of delays the interest occurred will easily cover any rising costs.

I think I am right in saying the soc will be written by external experts. I assume we & lawyers have input but the bulk is done by a third party.

By the way it was once said the true resource is probably more like 10 to 15 million ozs.

My average is around 7p so if a claim results in anything above 70p I will be more than happy.

I agree with the possibility of a range..but it needs to be accurate...meaning some areas could be very high. Especially if we use 7.2 mil oz.

Brokers target is .40p which i think is before soc..somebody might be able to remind us?
