190945, I echo your thoughts on the delay on the claim, behind the scenes etc. In addition (as far as I can fathom) no info at all coming out of India on the Bhukia mining licence auction, date, quide price so on.Which again is very strange.
In regards to your figures IMHO a tad low , but as you say good odds anyway
This is speculation, any thoughts?
let's say an award ( or early settlement) of £400 million. What split ( if any) could be expected.?..50% special dividend & 50% into the coffers?
Then Prof a nice early settlement!
Update on west Africa would be good. Imo the powers that be in India are still making there minds up, settlement or court.
Off subject, over on LCM board, there is a link a couple of posts in about LCM funding for, people who took out mobile hand set & airtime combined contracts. It would appear that when many finished paying the phone cost, the big operators continued to charge us , instead of reducing the cost to sim only.
LCM funding a claim.
Yes , Vernet agreed..the reins have been held tight, but so many factors point one way. The doomsters & the gloomsters will soon be smiling, unless of course they bailed out at 5p.
Hi Pollack..implications . diddly squat in the grand scheme of things IMHO.
I think it was shearclass (posted on same day as last rns) that summed it up.
Following on from Gazala post (again not related to pat) it looks like Rockhopper awarded 75% of their claim against the Italians.
Re-reading the RNS..4TH QTR of 2023.. I suppose could be either calender or financial year its not 100% clear which.
I agree Pk ...still nothing on Bhukia from India 🤔🤔🤔
Lack of exposure still on PAT.
Yes good price! & it looks like the mm's took it at face value ...a £700 ' sell' crashed the sp by over 4% ..wtf!
Directors buys can be ignored??...
Pk & Pollack well said.
I (personally) am hopefully for an early settlement. Plenty of snippets in interviews, rns, Agm info etc.
Would be good to put Bhukia to bed.
Cash in the company coffers and a nice divided for us along with a healthy market cap.
I wonder why the delay in info coming out of India/Rajasthan on the Bhukia mining auction...seems strange to me.
Yes I agree PK.!..let's hope there is a buyer in the wings trying to have an order filled at a set price....
2 big buys at end of play today?
Mk cap £8 million..LCM no win no fee funding $13 million plus...just bonkers.
Well that was an interesting few days to say the least.
Let's hope our big seller has finished. Great buy in price today on the plus side.
Very interesting times to come as per Shear's post.

One showing as a sell by the looks.
