@shearclass..I remember doing research and came across the 'jv' that prof mentioned...I think I read it on a post over 18 months ago..or an old interview.

I think ..we of course where in court asking for a licence to start mining , & I think GoR said ( at this particular hearing) we will only agree if you JV on a ridiculous %. Again if i recall correctly MB had a major in the sidelines.

So in ground resources of nearly $17 billion...and we know if the GoR/GoI had not changed the law ( to suit themselves) we would not have being anything at auction...so even at 10% of in IGV $1.7 billion has to be the minimum of claim......surely?

IF..the GoI make an offer & we accept..would the shares be suspended subject to an announcement..or would it be straight out on an rns?

So GoI say in ground resources of $16.7 billion ..significantly more..let's say 30% ...$21.7 billion...possibly !?..

Maybe something like the above is the sticky point' in negotiations..

@prof..possibly, but if i recall correctly last year Rajasthan had local elections & the ruling party was voted in .

If it's 'stonewalled' the silence is unacceptable.

However,if it comes out that we have been sat around the table bashing out a deal that has light at the end of the tunnel, that is acceptable.

I am sure in that last interview the VSA guy must have had the memo...please dont ask if discussions are on going...
