MAB See if you can find some market news on this one.Just heard on the cnbc that an offer has been made for 550 which has not been accepted 1 because it was not made officially and 2 because it is speculated that they want more.Look at the late trades somebody knew this was coming.

RDS Dont be quiet so sure they have also had 2 blinding press reports in the last week that nobody mentioned. Dont quote me but the mail speculates that they may take a partner in Egypt where the price has never been factored in so anything would be good and FT on line I believe in the last week said it could be the cheapest oil stock if successfull and it maybe a better bet to follow Timis stake and the institutions that have stuck ba than anonomous shorters. Lets just wait and see let the trend be your friend!

ELE This one was bought to my attention by the latest RNS 28.3.06 when it was 9.5.It is set for an exciting new year as recent aquisitions begin to pay off.Recent sports industry conferenceexceeded expectations also encouraged by budget changes on funding for education and sport their 2 biggest market sectors. RNS 4.7.06 Stewart Newton holds 17.1%.I have done a google search on SN which I highly reccomend.He features in Times rich list and has run and been connected to a number of funds.I cannot believe the aman with with his investment qualifations and success (worth 60m 2004) makes many mistakes.I must point out that there is no gaurantee that I was reading about the same SN but I assume so. My point being that while the sp is low I can only see a sound investment oportunity!(PS I see weve been here before GedW what about that drink ? )

GOC Sorry about that (overslept this morning)It appears that todays rns came at 9.56 and there were only 2 small trades afterwards to see.Probably the mkt makers have put the sp up?What do you think of todays news guys?Im slightly mixed,I like the idea of an experienced major shareholder or a board shake-up but not so sure about winding the company up?NO immediate reaction from the markets is my observation all view appreciated !
