It was a telephone conversation, I spoke to a lady called Elizabeth Johnson (I think) and although I got nothing solid from the conversation, I did get , what I can only call, a gut feeling.
They definitely need funds and if they can't get shareholder approval, they'll either have to dilute, with private investors, or try a rights issue (which has so many other costs involved, so they'll need to raise/dilute more, to reach the same goal) and run the risk of not getting what they need!
Whether you like it or not, they can 'pull more strings', maybe 'loan' the right person/official, a new car, to get a signature quicker, if they aren't listed.
Also, although having no idea what our annual costs are retaining our AIM status, I'm sure, it's not, an insignificant amount.
I can't find, admittedly after only brief research, anything particularly bad about Scott and have always thought him to be one of the good (ish) guys.
Not as yet, researched Hanno.
Listen, I might be terribly easy to sway, like I said, it was just a gut feeling and I've actually had, albeit a small top up, to lower my average somewhat.
Sorry nothing substantial
