I’m sure some of you have already seen this or may have a more recent Feasibility Study. For those who are interested this is Fenix Feasibility Study from 2019.

Sirius Sale would make good sense providing we have plenty more DSO to be digging up.
Brockman have teamed up with MinRes so 3 parties would make it more tricky. I did wonder why the white tracks from the south excluded Sirius.

I’ve now come to my own conclusion that it’s a good deal. These figures are very rough…
Broadly speaking we got 51% of Hammersley for 200m shares @ 0.11p, today we got 39% for 200m shares @ 1.1p. Sounds like worst deal ever!
But then I looked at TPI valuation of UFO. Weighted around 70% in Hammersley based on 51% ownership. This % must be higher now we have 90% ownership.
They (whoever owned Windfield) have just 12% of our shares.
Now it sounds like a Bargain!

What do you think? Am I just spinning it because I’m invested?

So we should be seeing a TR1 for 12% in some new Holdings Company? surely the initial 200,000,000 shares plus the recent 200,000,000 shares will now be held outside of Windfield. Please correct me if i'm wrong.
The good news is they haven't sold a bean of the initial 200m. I just hope they will hold this lot for another 10 bagger! 11p sounds good.
