No smoke without fire as the saying goes is all well and good but the enquiry has been and gone. Actions are being taken to address the issues discovered.
Or at least boohoo are taking them, what about local authorities and other companies using the manufacturers in Leicester.
Boohoo are going to off shore more now, thats for sure, I would.
The factory they build will replace the contractors for the fast turnaround lines, I am sure that's the idea behind it.

But...is the bad press really necessary week after week, kept to weekends for maximum effect.

I get the risk of a fall in young people potentially holding back as recession hits.....not sure if the bulk of boohoos clients will be adversely effected though. Pretty sure a majority are under 18 and have bank of Mum and Dad, also a lot of the over 18's too.
Not to mention a hell of a lot of people have more disposable income than before Covid hit...saving rates have increased substantially through the crisis so far.

Brands such as French Connection and Jaeger may be a bit dated but they still have a good following. I think your referring to the airborne magnetic survey results, not this RNS. That will be at least mid to end of next week or longer, not sure how long it takes to evaluate the survey results.

The only issue I have with getting rid of Khamani is, it didn't do Superdry and another firm I can't remember the name of any good. I am sure there are other examples.....so I guess be careful of what you wish for.

That being said, It could be the right thing to do.....shrugs shoulders with no idea what is for the best....

To be fair, it wasn't moaning so much as emphasising the share was tracking others. Today we have boohoo news and the share has dislocated as hoped.
