Technically and rules wise nothing. LION are not a viable company. No assets no clues no future. In my opinion it was a con. EUA seems to have good BOD. Valuable assets. Income etc

They have kept updates coming through full details and mention plans to relist. Issue is they need to relist but any money they have director gets it. No money left to relist. They have no assets or are not slightly comparable. Only simple same thing I see is both could have avoided suspension and delist.

Yea but it was a **** poor company and product. This isn’t like anything I’ve seen before. Most delisting are on dreamboat companies with issues. EUA is strong.

My experience is that you haven’t mathematically or legally lost money. But how are you going to get it back and how much means in reality you have lost it. Again only in my experience of delisting.

Provide a new NOMAD and still stay suspended if they want.
