As I’ve always said news and BOD best I’ve ever seen. But the share price won’t stop, many others out performing the potential and BOD, built on hype. I just hope when this plays out it will be a serious boom of a rerate.

First Friday RNS I thought was brilliant. MM spiked us at 35p and we are significantly back, and since no bad news and more seemingly positivity in the last Friday RNS.

Are we missing something?

Is the only thing we should get interested or excited by, it needs to show some sentiment shift i feel and go on a run.

As I said earlier today Halifax always get there just tend to be later end via corporate actions. Best to check there as you don’t always seem to get the email notification.

My Halifax experience is they are often a bit more last minute with actions.

It’s intriguing that the BOD want us to vote on something that seems pretty low key and uninteresting really. The share price ought to build up at some point in April I’d guess. What is it they aren’t telling us the BOD.

They don’t need cash and if they did it would be a lot more than that in share qty surely ?

I still believe no one company wants it all nor can afford it all. So it will be sold off in sectors of resource type maybe. And we are seeing the start of that process woth the first Friday RNS.

Less obvious choice but could be why they said strategic options more recently. Something must have changed to say that rather than the usual FSP may or may not lead to a sale.
