True Hawks. All the diesel trickery became seriously unpopular. Cars are fashion and retail items now. The best answer is to buy a petrol car best mpg and keep it for life I expect. Less pollution then having a new one every 2-3 years.

Spot in mooch. The amount of busses and taxis or old vans that literally puff out plumes of black soot all day. Easy win but nothing being done. My car is as efficient as current legislation and it barely moves and pre covid it drove to work for 20 mins and back. Not so much carbon.

EV answers a short term panicked view of solving the problem. The infrastructure problem is huge on its own never mind making the car battery resources and disposal etc plus biting carbon to save carbon is flawed. I saw some clever use of old batteries for different applications but again it wasn’t the true answer to where all the old battery packs will go end of life.

Also at the other end of the scale like Ferrari or Lambo. What they do. Go electric I guess. Great performance but in silence will be worse than what they did to f1 engines.

It’s interesting as a topic but so far removed from Eua and metals in the ground we plan to sell now.

I worked on electrification projects thru 2020 and it’s more complicated for small players and volume, you can drive the price down but not by enough to have the range we have today in affordable cars. 2030 is possible but a thought target. I always thought hydrogen would be the ultimate answer alongside nuclear.

Obviously talking about car sales and Eua share price isn’t that relevant really, there is a guy on Twitter that posts daily updates to e v which I never really get. Each to their own I guess.

Electric cars is the answer to a consumer and sales drive, certainly won’t save the planet possibly longer term won’t be brilliant at all. Anyone thought how a Dacia sandero customer buys a car in 2030 ? Not going to be £7,995 are they.

Our RNS of 12 May 2021 stated the Company had received a proposal for the potential acquisition of substantially all of the Company's assets, and that the transaction would make the Company subject to AIM rule 15 (any disposal which exceeds 75% in any of the class tests is deemed to be a disposal resulting in a "fundamental change of business"). The Company has provided as much detail as permitted by the AIM Rules regarding this proposal and looks forward to providing more detail when appropriate and permitted by the AIM Rules. Proceeding under the remit of AIM Rule 15 would require a shareholder circular to be published and a general meeting of shareholders held to approve any transaction.

I don’t hold that many shares but have seen no volume whatsoever and my value has swung up then down by £3,000 plus. Clearly been played all year. And it continues all I really want is for that to stop and fair value realised. Before 2022 is anywhere near here.

I agree and this BOD is very very good compared to any AIM. Working hard I’m sure but little regard for the share price and 2021 decline is my only concern. They happily let it grow but that speeding ticket and zero reaction to the companies value over halving in 8 months less good.
