You can’t sell your classic Ferrari today for more because it will be worth 3-4x more in 10 years. Mining is different but they will agree an in the ground price possibly with % retainers, in personally think the sales will be sales and no future interest. EUA II will be the retainer.

I’ve always thought the same. The low valuations are a worry. 60-70p is way below most expectations and if BOD a are involved in the data they ought to be informing us it’s true value.

To seal a deal below £1 didn’t ought to take this long and other valuations are about. Depends if it’s just the part they sell but then 75% rule leaves us with 25% at about 30p. Maybe I’ve overvalued this but we don’t need UBS et al at these valuations surely.
