Why keep going over the same issues and questions? We have been conned by these people and each employee, manager and director employed by FLOW must have known or at least had an idea what was going on. Even the nice lady who answered your telephone calls when you asked about the boiler must have known.
Just take the lot to court and make sure they are never in a position to repeat the con and of course seize any assets they may have hidden
