As I understand it Newcrest have the right to purchase the 5% at fair value . Whilst we can dispute the amount I assume it would have been arrived at by an independent third party. Knowing the relationship we have with Newcrest I can`t honestly see it will be necessary to take it to arbitration .I`m sure it will be settles amicably.

A reverse take over on an AIM company is an acquisition by an AIM company of a target company or assets that is bigger than it or that it will change the fundamental nature of the AIM company. It`s much cheaper and quicker for an ambitious private company to become a quoted public company this way than going through the IPO process as I understand it. A fund raise would be done at the same time .

Thor could be used to reverse a larger non quoted company into it ie a reverse take-over or is this wishful thinking? A gold miner would be nice.

Commercial discoveries are a rarety and these large mining companies let these small exploration companies find the discovery for them its much cheaper in the long run .

I would have thought the company has enough liquidity to commence a share buyback at these levels. We have had no comment from them regarding the effect of the coronavirus on their finances . I would like to see something positive in the form of a statement from the BOD to stop this daily drift in the share price. We must now be at a huge discount to Asset value.

I would have thought volatile share movements would have been good for the company. Going back to the bit coin trading bonanza the company did very well. Perhaps I`m wrong in my thinking.

The problem with Molyhil is that the project is too big for Thor to finance it alone and not big enough for suitors who could finance it. I think it was mentioned somewhere that a Department connected to the Australian government might provide finance on favorable terms to build the processing plant. This and their recent gold prospects acquired from Orian`s companies makes this an interesting punt. And don`t forget Kapunda which is being financed by goverment department grants could develope into a company maker.

To attain Orion`s interest in Thor read the RNS 29TH March 2019 .re Thors acquisition of 2 small Australian companies with gold interests .I believe those companies were Orions. If that is the case its in his and our interest for these companies to be progressed as gold is forecast to pass US$2000 mark this year.

In the situation we are in it would make sense to swop our 16.66% of West Newton for shares in Reabold as I see it. They didn`t achieve their target of acquiring the anticipated holding in Rathlyn that they wanted so this swop would place them in a very strong position ongoing. We wouldn`nt lose out on the future developement of the project and could get more involved in the Wressel and Bisacathorpe developements.

The RNS confirmed DB was in the process of sounding out the raising of £5 with certain existing and possible new investors . This information which would have been confidential was then leaked to the market. At this point DB was in a no win situation. If he`d done nothing the rumours would have continued . Unfortunately by informing the market officially the city spivs etc have had a field day by selling down and being helped along by posters and clowns wishing to get in on the act constantly quoting ridiculously low placing prices. I don`t see what else DB could have done differently in the circumstances . Suggestions of a suspension have been made but no definate decission to go ahead with the placing had been made.I don`t believe DB is involved in any conspiracy and to make such a suggestion I find wholly unjustified and abhorent. I am currently losing heavyly here but thats the name of the game , If we had an efficient regulatory system this situation wouldn`t happen . We have no need to raise money until early in the new year as our £2mil in the bank will meet the immediate current planned expenditure as I see it. The SP won`t reflect the value of our Assets whilst we have posters trying to damage the image of the company. By all means vote for changes and make yourself heard at the AGM but don`t ruin the company`s chances of recovery in the meantime.
