That's the bit that hurts for me, the fact it has come around so VERY quickly after the last placing. It's just a bit demoralising for us PI's. I really had hoped to have seen a TR1 by now to give us some boost/confidence. I suppose it's somehow adjusting the mindset that this is really going to take some time to see the SP properly rise.

Hi Bishop. Yes I've reluctantly mostly sold out of UFO, I just don't have enough funds to keep them parked there whilst it's going through such a stagnant period. I shall return once it starts stirring again, perhaps mid year or into Q3. I bought in on the spike here so am hoping the next newsflow is not too far away. A couple of posters have mentioned on here that the MHC graph lends itself to trading in & out. I'm not really wanting to do so but can see it could work if the rise & fall continues along this current pattern.

Well, bought in at 6.7p monday morning on all the optimism, now SP down at 5p & no sign of any of the news hinted at. Really hoping we ain't drifting down into the 4p zone if nothing gets announced by early next week.

@dvharrison, I know what you mean. Though this year few of the small miners seem to be able to generate any excitement, even off then back of good RNS's. XTR had a big surge upwards at the start of January but that's about it. It's all about oil, crypto & hemp related stuff so far this year. Miners just ain't hot right now it seems.

Masksnewnorm is the worst of the rampers. When he rocks up I usually sell out.

I read up on this share over the Easter weekend and bought in at 1.39p on Tuesday so am well down now. Dispirited to say the least but beleive it will be back up before too long.

Yep, the idea of these Q&A sessions is to draw investors in rather than sell up. I only bought in yesterday & am 20% down but can see it's a solid company so shall be sticking with it. But yep slightly disppointed along with the others.

The RNS at 11:43am has taken the wind out its sails a bit.

Does anyone know - Has this DW guy ever ever had any success at all in the past? I just can't work out if he's just incredibly jinxed or a smart conman (or both). I hope his next job is delivering newspapers or selling ice-cream, something where he can't go far wrong, he's not cut out for this oil exploration game.

Only for Corrado999, you mentioned your loss elsewhere yesterday & now looking to seek to make up for it. I'm invested here but it could go either way so wouldn't want to say. If you want a solid growth one (in my opinion) over the next few weeks/months then take a look at the XTR chat board. Apologies to the others for the slight cross-ramp.

I bet when the RNS does finally land we'll be bamboozled as to whether it's good or bad. Well I probably will anyhow.

Earlier this month we nudged a SP of 8.4p a couple of times so how we are down at this demoralising level is hard to comprehend. I don't go for the theory that this has been walked down by the mm's, we are past that stage, it's just not on PI's radar to buy unfortunately. I don't even think the forthcoming drill results will do much to the SP. Only a positive TR1 is going to give this the kick-start it needs, once the ii's have done all their due diligance over time.

This one has unfortunately been crippled since that awful hefty placing in November. Poor news flow since. One to chuck in the bottom draw until Autumn time. By the way where's Chris2 gone? He probably deserves some slight respect by now.

I agree Jiddy, & hope it's not technically possible for them. In theory they could turn quite a profit between their buy & sell price. Other than that concern I agree with the optimism as outlined by Bothwell. Thanks both.

Hi Bothwell, is there anything to stop Elko selling those shares off on friday, say, just before a duster is announced early next week. Perhaps I'm being thick & it's not an option for them. Don't know.

Yep, it's almost like the flip of a coin as to which way it will go. I figure that they've had so many bad drills before that these clowns must get it right this time finally.

I know that AIM is pretty lawless but surely if yesterday's RNS were all a ruse to briefly drive up the SP with a view to the top brass at 88E & the contractor selling their shares en-mass before a duster, then that would subsequently be investigated by the FCA, or some regulator/s. I dunno but I'd like to think so.

Bit surprised, had thought after yetserdays news that it would tick on upwards this week rather than dropping slightly back.
