Reading across some multimedia site chat forums, I don’t think anyone can get through to weaker paper holders. But those with an savvy acumen will at least see that what’s good for the goose is also good for the gander. If Haywood does its job properly and gives a better valuation above 74 cents > $1 - $2. It remains if viston will be putting their money where its mouth is, I don’t think they will as they don’t come across as deeper pocket of friendlier type anyway..and i feel the valuation will be more than they are able/not willing to pay. Which leads me on to the next part where PQE will do their best to match or exceed with up and coming contracts that will bear fruit early next year with potential revenue like TOMCO has been doing with the deeper in-situ exploration. Remember PQE are moving for the third time nearer TSHII which says a lot about the quality and deeper potential in-situ oil.PQE really only have to convince just 60% or more of the more savvy long term (2-4yr) investors that hold bigger chunks and know what the true value of the business model will likely reap what they are sowing…
1: viston offer was before the third party verification and QFI results
2: Haywood will factor in newer third party proven results for a better and fairer valuation than viston will likely admit too.
3: fortune favours the brave so if the bigger oil majors dilly dally around i see more junior and mid size co’s stepping in to lease PQE tech and land.
4: Haywood last valuation for their client was 94 cents, a month later $2.4 then spiked to $12 going back down to £6.3 not sure if they got bought out or going it alone organically which PQE may do i management prove the business model
5: what’s good for PQE must be good for the likes of TOMCO and VALKOR, so could TOMCO be a future takeover bid?
6: if the likes of SUNKOR and other Canadian oil tar sand co’s dilly dallly around with thermal heating ( using less water but, still using water ) for their toxic oil tar sand process which isn’t ESG or eco friendly anymore? They will either have to use PQE tech and adapt to a better green process or die a slow death, costing them more in dollars each year, pride before the fall.
7: investors must also help with PR and spread the word out to the likes of shell and other like minded co’s who wanna go greener.

It’s being down played, not so good economics>COVID 19 omicron > infalation from USA> and all the other cr>p that follows. The financial sector always plays on the fears of others to get rich and pick the easy low bearing fruit, while the chips are down..

The gap is slowly closing back to 14cents as i type its 14.80 cents. I think when this closes I recon TSXV will start trading, my theory was that Munich and Stuttgart closed their gaps when allowed to un-halt. Let’s see what next week brings..

Speaking of listings, one thought i may bring up is that if PQE do a good deal with another bidder and they keep some or all of the BoD in some capacity if merged etc. If PQE sp is over $1 USA = $1.28 CAD so i guess anything above that will be able to list on the NYSE or NASDAQ which they were hoping for at some stage?

Yep jetsfanYEG is very determined in a good way to inform all, and i hope its was in our favour than just tendering to early and screwing things up for a better deal just for a quick 3x bagger.. my main worry is that if we do have to tender will PQE amazing game changing tech be help back buy the co.vision sells to as the planet needs a genuine chance to heal, also fresh water is only 3% of the planet (hopefully salivation tech used on yachts, get bigger and we use treated sea water for industry, leaving natural fresh for human/animal consumption ) hate to see a big greedy co. What a few people didn’t know and still don’t due to lack of diligence or ignorance and laziness I’d that PQE didn’t have permit for production mining only for TESTING hence why they are moving too for a 3rd time in an area close to Tomco TSHII acreage, where there is better quality resource for open mining and deeper in-situ, if they take the insitu route and get permits ready like Tomco have in Q1 2022 for production then it’s quicker revenue than the year wait for open mining.. lots of bathers on other chat forums most talking unfactual nonsense, a big shout out to @JetsFanYeg on ceo.ca and reddit (PQE) a really good hardworking poster for us all has done lots of ground work and anti bashing facts to stop Faecal diarrhoea.lol not sure if JFY reads this site as i think in another country who knows..

You know what puzzles me why the hell doesn’t VISTON UNITED with their 420million euros just licence 4x $110 plants and make money that way and expand a year or to later etc..as well as buying 9.99% of PQE.. just goes to show the potential for TOMCO..will be buying more here when PQE unhalted..

Just and observation that i would like to say, seeing the start of trading in Germany mainly from Munich and Stuttgart i noticed that the candlestick gap got closed pretty early than on the OTC PQEFF which i might add is only 1 cent away from closing. So could this be the final click that sets us free ( from the trade halt eventually ) I’m no expert in this field by any means but I’m sure there is a correlation of the gap and how much free float or is allowed to short etc…

Great stuff, this tells me that Petroteq are hard at work to Prove to share holders that they DO mean business and increase significant shareholder value to at least better the viston 74cents offer. If not then weaker of fed up shareholders will tender. But it is more than likely that PQE will grow organically and be huge. Be good to see these contracts agreements on a regular basis. Exciting times ahead
