Steward1, I can see GR getting a deal with CanMax and not to bad for PREM overall.

I wouldn't be surprised that CanMax is going to want a discount on future spodumene delivery for a lot more time that originally agreed. They are cash rich so paying us for delivery of 250 ton will be not a problem for them.

I worked for a large company and we did this type of deal to help one of our vendor so we did get exactly what we wanted and for a much longer period at a discounted price.

It's a win-win situation and the market will love.

Furthermore, be careful to get caught with your pants down if CanMax does back up PREM.

And don't forget one thing, CanMax own 13% of PREM bought at 0.40p and actual SP is 0.60P. They have been slightly diluted by the last 2 placings, are they going to want to be more diluted or renegotiate the contract and help PREM?

By 1st June, we will know if Canmax does give us 90 days notice which I don't believe. Furthermore, 21 days notice is needed for an EGM so no need to speak about dilution until notice have been given.

It's about the market cap, not the SP. But totally agree than PREM is undervalued and KOD overvalued

market cap are definitively on the low side £148m when the revenue will be £160m for the next 12 months starting from june 2023 and the tonnage advised in the rns yesterday. my calculation does take an average of £4k per tonne and this is the revenue (sales only). so now i hope stark have not messed up again. tomorrow, at the podcast, please do not ask question like snowking had as gr will be delighted again to advise bull**** (dividends, further plants, production increased)

The traders are in force again this morning advising nonsense. Canmax will not want their money back except if delivery does not occur in June, only one month delay. After that, GR will need to stick to the delivey proposal or it will be trouble ahead. Canmax wat their spodumene concentrate.
